The Initial Consultation

The first step is to contact us to book an appointment for a free initial consultation with one of our senior practitioners. Following this initial appointment we will direct you to a suitable therapist – taking account of your needs and preferences, available times and budget. This will be with one of our in house therapists or, when appropriate, we can refer you externally to a practitioner within one of our specialist partner agencies or wider network of approved practitioners and services.

Initial Consultation Fee

For individual therapy there is no session fee.

For couples and families the initial consultation fee will vary between £45 – £60 depending on the therapist.
