The Therapy Clinic provides a range of effective psychotherapy and counselling options for individuals, couples young people and families in Brighton and Hove. We work with people who are experiencing common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and work related stress as well as people with more complex needs and diagnosis.
We aim to make our services as accessible as possible to all sections of the community. To do this, we take a cost sensitive, flexible approach. This includes innovative and evidence based short term therapy models which can help make therapy more affordable for people with limited budgets.
The Therapy Clinic has an ethos of partnership and collaboration. We seek to build strong relationships with other organisations, community groups, and professionals who share our aim of making a positive contribution to the mental health and well being of people across all sections of the community.
We are committed to working with and supporting diversity. Our therapists have experience of working with clients from varied backgrounds, including vulnerable or marginalised groups. We have therapists with expertise and experience in working with groups including black and minority ethnic clients, LGBTQ+ clients, and clients with issues relating to gender or sexuality.
