Carol Bullock

Qualified

Carol is a qualified therapist with a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. She is also an experienced clinical hypnotherapist (MNCH). Carol has experience in working with a diverse range of clients with a wide range of issues – low self-worth, anxieties, depression, loneliness, trauma, bereavement, attachment and relationship problems. Carol is committed to the Therapy Clinic’s ethos of cost sensitive therapy and has worked with clients on an open-ended and time limited basis.

Carol offers a warm, empathic therapeutic space where clients can safely explore, understand, and ultimately let go of limiting beliefs and fears about themselves and the world. Her counselling work is informed by the person-centred approach of Carl Rogers and the pluralistic approach of Mick Cooper. She can also integrate elements of her hypnotherapy experience into counselling, offering clients the opportunity to work with their imagination to safely explore the unconscious.

Carol views each client as a unique individual, tailoring her approach accordingly and enabling her clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their past and to find ways to use this understanding to make positive change – within themselves and within their lives.
